For this call for proposal only concept notes are required at first, full proposals will be submitted by organizations that will be shortlisted.

A restricted call for proposals for CSOs in the Philippines has been issued by the European Commission.
Civil society organizations including human rights organizations that support vulnerable and socially excluded groups can apply for funds for this call for proposal.
The objective of the call is to strengthen the role of civil society in promoting human rights and democratic reform, in facilitating the peaceful conciliation of group interests and in consolidating political participation and represent.
This call for proposals will focus on some thematic areas;
·        Support to Human Rights Defenders and their families
·        Protection of the rights of women and children, (prevention of trafficking, domestic violence and protection of children affected by armed conflict)
·        Promotion of social, cultural and economic rights of vulnerable and marginalized groups including indigenous peoples
