  1. Masters Degree:
The degree gives an opportunity for NGOs, governmental and private organizations in developing countries to build their capacity. The Master’s Degree Programme will be at any of the Dutch higher educational institutions. The fellowship can cover the costs of tuition fees, visas, travel, insurance and thesis research.

Afghanistan, Eritrea, Nicaragua,  Albania, Ethiopia, Nigeria,  Armenia, Georgia, Pakistan,  Autonomous Palestinian, Territories, Ghana, Peru,  Bangladesh, Guatemala, Philippines,  Benin, Guinea-Bissau, Rwanda,  Bhutan, Honduras, Senegal,  Bolivia, India, South Africa,  Bosnia-Herzegovina, Indonesia, Sri Lanka,  Brazil, Iran, Sudan,  Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast , Suriname,  Burundi, Jordan, Tanzania,  Cambodia, Kenya, Thailand,  Cape Verde, Kosovo, Uganda,  Colombia, Macedonia, Vietnam,  Costa Rica, Mali, Yemen,  Cuba, Moldova, Zambia,  DR Congo, Mongolia, Zimbabwe,  Ecuador, Mozambique, Egypt, Namibia, El Salvador and Nepal.
Candidates from Sub-Saharan Africa, women and members of priority groups and/or marginalized regions are specifically invited to apply for an NFP fellowship.
