Catholic Relief Services' International Development Fellows Program (IDFP) gives people who are interested in a career in international relief and development an opportunity to increase their overseas experience and gain exposure to our programs. Each year, CRS places approximately 25 Fellows with our country programs overseas. Assignments are for one year, typically starting at the end of July.

The DRD/MQ acts as the regional team leader for supervision of the management quality portfolio and for coordinating management quality across multiple units. S/he is responsible for advancing regional and agency-wide management quality strategies including the assessment and improvement of systems; the analysis, documentation and disclosure of risks and liabilities; and overall support in staff capacity building at the country program level.
