Qualifications                  7 years experience working in conflict/post conflict context preferably in Somalia,  4 years program management, 2 years experience in urban programming,

Description                          The Health Coordinator will provide technical support and supervision to the Kenya health program- program design, proposal development, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. The person will work with  the  health program staff to develop work plans to guide implementation of approved grants, support field teams in implementation, ensure integration of emergency preparedness, disaster risk reduction approaches and ensure protection issues are mainstreamed in the program. Provide technical representation of IRC with relevant stakeholders like MOH, WHO, national and International NGOs.

Qualifications                      Medical Doctor with advance degree in Public Health, 5-7 years experience in developing, management/coordinating health programs in a wide range of contexts including refugee settings, natural disasters etc, Competent Computers skills including HMIS, PEPFAR database, Epi-Info

Description                          SIDP is a multi-year, multi-donor and multi-million US dollar project with an estimated $15M annual budget. It has more than 20 project staff and more than 40 government and non-government partners. It functions from 3 different physical locations.  The manager will work under the overall supervision of the head of UNDP Governance Program. The Manager will be responsible for the SIDP project and will supervise and lead a team of staff, experts, international and national consultants. Key Functions include- 1. Formulation of strategic policy, provision of technical advice in institutional building, law making etc.  2.  Effective management of UNDP support project for institution building and political process strengthening for Somalia. 3. Effective collaboration with the other UN Agencies. 4. Ensure strengthened relationship/coordination with donors. 5. Facilitate networking and knowledge sharing

Qualifications                      10 years experience in programme/project formulation and management and policy advice in the areas of governance and decentralization required. Experience in similar conflict environments, working experience in Somalia an asset.
