Description      CEFA is an Italian NGO CEFA’s goal is that everyone everywhere in the world can become a protagonist of development and an active agent of democracy and peace. CEFA focuses mainly on the agriculture and water sector. This mid-term evaluation main aim is to assess the projects progress and achievements with reference to the project proposal and log frame/revised log frame and to determine the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness but more particularly the impact and sustainability of the implementation methodologies and the projects internal procedures.

Qualifications University degree in one or several agricultural disciplines: agricultural economics/agribusiness/marketing/rural development or related fields;• At least 10 years of professional experience in developing countries; Experience in Business Development Services BDS) and Value Chain Analysis approaches would be an advantage; Good knowledge of capacity building programmes for organisations, communities; A strong understanding of participatory methodologies;  Demonstrated experience in evaluation missions;  Experience in applied PCM with demonstrated knowledge of being able to work with project staff in ensuring lessons drawn out of this consultancy feed into an iterative process;

Description:                         International Medical Corps is a global humanitarian nonprofit organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering through health care training and relief and development programs. Regional team leadership- provide day-to-day guidance and coordination of members to the Regional Team (RT) which incorporates members from a variety of INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL CORPS departments; provide associative financial, program development, fund raising, recruitment and technical oversight, input and supervision cognizant and respectful of individual RT member Department policy and direct technical / quality control oversight;   Work as needed with members of other INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL CORPS Departments who are not assigned to the RT but who provide logistical, finance, security, human resource, legal, and communication oversight, input and/or supervision, including INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL CORPS-UK; 

Qualifications                      Master’s Degree in Public Health, Social Work, International Relations, International Affairs or other relevant advanced degree;   At least 3 years experience managing home office and/or field staff;  Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience, including significant international experience working with/supporting international relief/development programming;  Recent experience with USG funded programming in Africa preferred; Background in program management, design, and development; . Knowledge of USG/EU/UN donor regulations and requirements; Willingness/ability to travel extensively to the region; Must be eligible to work in the US
